The objects for which the company is established are within the borough of Wolverhampton and particularly within the area of Blakenhall.

2 The area of Benefit”

3.1 To promote all or any charitable purposes for the benefit of the company within the area of benefit of the community the area of benefit and in particular the advancement of education, the furtherance of good health and the relief of poverty, distress and sickness.

3.2 Without limitation to the generality of the foregoing.

3.2.1 Through partnerships and networks to promote the care and support of those within the area of benefit with particular reference to the relief of unemployment and furtherance of education.

3.2.2 Without limitation to the generality of those forgoing to provide for organisations with charitable objects in order to assist these organisations in their charitable work.

3.2.3 To promote and organise co-operation in the advancement of these purposes and to bring together in council representation of voluntary organisations, statutory authorities and individuals within the area of benefit.

The directors are responsible for the overall direction and policy of the organisation.
